CentOS7 with Gnome3 integrates quite well with owncloud without the native owncloud-client.
If you want to automatically sync files with your owncloud-instance than this is what you are looking for.

Requirements¶

• Install owncloud-desktop repository

Install¶

yum install owncloud-client
